Dive package Rates
- Single Dives – Not prebooked – R290.00 per person
- 3 Dive Package – prebooked – R840.00 per person
- 5 Dive Package – prebooked – R1400.00 per person
Terms and conditions of dive packages:
Dive package prices only apply if pre booked and paid for with accommodation. Dive packages are per person and are not transferable. If you purchase a dive package you have first option for launches. If the boat launches and you choose not to use up your dive package unused dives will be forfeited. If the boat is unable to launch unused dives will be refunded. Dive packages do not include reef tax, gear or cylinder hire or surcharges for long distance reefs.
NB: In addition to all dive prices, the following costs apply and are payable in cash at the dive centre. No card facilities available, any additional costs incurred must be settled on the day of departure.
- R20 Once off reef tax for the duration of your stay.
- R30 per dive surcharge on long distance reefs (Bass City, Pinnacles, Texas).
- R60 cylinder hire per dive.
- R45 each for BCD and Reg hire per dive.
- R20 each for weight belts, wet suites, fins and mask hire per dive.
- Full gear hire R150 per dive.
- Full gear hire R240 per day.
The following courses are available but must be booked in advance, so that all the necessary books can be ordered.
- DSD – (discover scuba) R1000.00
- includes a pool session, short lecture plus one sea dive and hire of all gear required.
- Openwater 1 (new divers) R3000.00
- Includes book, lectures, pool sessions and 5 sea dives plus hire of all gear required accept soft gear (mask and fins)
- Advanced diving course – R2400.00
- Includes books, lectures and 5 sea dives.
- All other dives courses available – prices on request. (Rescue and Dive master)

Ponta du Oura means place of Gold, it was given this name because of the golden sunrises over the bay.
